Welcome to Awarely. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Awarely app ("Service") operated by Awarely ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

   By creating an account or by utilizing the Awarely app, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

   To access certain features of the Awarely app, you may need to register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated at all times.

   Your account is personal to you, and you are not allowed to provide anyone else with access to the Service or portions of it using your account. Awarely is committed to creating and maintaining a respectful and safe community. As such, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, promotes or incites violence, or is intended to harass or bully others.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any content that violates these principles and to take appropriate action against individuals who engage in abusive behavior, up to and including the termination of accounts.

4. Prohibited Activities

   You may not use the Service in a manner that:

   - Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else;

   - Violates any law or regulation;

   - Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

   - Jeopardizes the security of your account or the Service (such as allowing someone else to log in to the Service using your account);

   - Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;

   - Violates the security of any computer network or sends unwanted or harmful code, files, scripts, agents, or programs.

5. Termination

   If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Service will terminate automatically. We reserve the right to revoke your access to and use of the Service at any time, with or without cause. We also reserve the right to delete or deactivate your account and all related information and files in such account without further notice, if you breach these terms.

   Awarely reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification).
